Gujarat Manav Garima Yojana 2024

The Chief Minister of Gujarat Vijay Rupani has launched Manav Garima Yojana in order to financially help schedule castes, scheduled tribes, OBC, and Backward classes of the state. Under this scheme entrepreneurship in the above-mentioned casts, individuals will be promoted in order to generate adequate income and self-employment. The government is also going to provide additional tools/equipment to socially backward classes so that they can carry on their local businesses. These tools will be given mainly to vegetable sellers, carpenters, and persons involved in planting.

“Eligible beneficiaries under the Gujarat Manav Garima Yojana will receive financial assistance of Rs 4,000. Benefits of Manav Garima Yojana

There are many benefits of the Manav Garima Yojana and some of the benefits of the scheme are as follows :-

  • The scheme aims to help people from the Scheduled Caste category start their own businesses during the lockdown period.
  • Under the Gujarat Manav Garima Yojana, beneficiaries receive financial assistance or necessary tools.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant should belong to the Scheduled Caste category.
  • The applicant should be a native of Gujarat state.
  • The age limit of the applicant should be 18 to 60 years.
  • The applicant from the Scheduled Caste Category should have an annual family income of up to ₹6,00,000/-.
  • There is no income limit for applicants belonging to the Most Backward Caste among the Scheduled Castes category.
  • If the beneficiary or any family members of the beneficiary have already benefited from this scheme, they are not eligible to avail of its benefits again.

Manav Garima Yojana 2024 Application Procedure

  • First, visit the official website of the Gujarat government or the tribal Association of Gujarat.
  • On the homepage, you have to click on the option called Manav Garima Yojana.
  • Fill in the application form with all the essential details
  • After Filling the Application Form kindly attach all the required documents
  • Now Submit your application form to concerned authorities.
  • After the verification of your application, the concerned authorities will transfer the money through the direct benefit transfer method.

How to Apply Online

  • Step 01 : The eligible applicant may visit the e-Samaj Kalyan Portal: https://esamajkalyan.gujarat.gov.in/
  • Step 02 : On the home page, under the tab ‘Citizen Login’, click on New User ‘Please Register Here’.
  • Step 03 : Enter your Full Name as per Aadhaar Card, Gender, Date of Birth, Aadhaar Card Number, Email ID, Caste etc. and then click on ‘Register’.
  • Step 04 : After successful registration, the applicants can login through their User ID and Password.
  • Step 05 : Now, click on ‘User Profile’ to update your profile.
  • Step 06 : Fill in all the mandatory information and then click on ‘Update’.
  • Step 07 : After updating the profile successfully, select the scheme appearing on the home page; an application form will open.
  • Step 08 : Fill in all the mandatory details in the application form and upload all the relevant documents.
  • Step 09 : Now agree with the terms & conditions and click on ‘Save Application’.
  • Step 10 : Submit the application form and take out the print of the application for future reference. The applicant can note down the application number to track the application status by logging into the portal using their User ID and Password.

How to Apply Offline

  • Step 01 : The eligible applicant may visit the nearest office of the District Deputy Director, Scheduled Caste Welfare and collect the application form. The application form can also be downloaded from the official website.
  • Step 02 : In the application form, fill in all the mandatory fields, paste the passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required), and attach copies of all the mandatory documents (self-attest, if required).
  • Step 03 : Submit the duly filled and signed application form along with the documents to the concerned authority in the office.
  • Step 04 : Request a receipt or acknowledgment from the concerned authority to whom the application has been submitted.

  • First visit to the official website of the social justice and empowerment department.
  • The home page will open in front of you.
  • On the home page, you need to click on your application status.
  • Now a new page will be displayed before you where you have to enter your application number and application date
  • After that, you need to click on view status
  • The application status will be on your computer screen
