MHADA Lottery 2024
MHADA has announced its latest housing lottery, offering over 2,035 units in popular Mumbai areas such as Powai, Malad, Wadala, and others. This lottery aims to provide affordable housing to Maharashtra residents, especially those from lower-income groups. Online applications for the MHADA Lottery 2024 will be accepted from August 9, 2024, until 11:45 PM on September 4, 2024. Families earning between ₹9 lakh and ₹12 lakh annually are eligible to apply under the Middle Income Group (MIG) category, while those earning over ₹12 lakh annually are eligible to apply under the High Income Group (HIG) category.
