How to Check Kerala Land Records

Step 1 : First of all, Go to the official E-Rekha by KLIM website is dslr.kerala.gov.in/en/erekha/.

Step 2 : Enter your email address and password log in to the portal on the upper right side of the page, then select “Sign In.” Click ‘Sign Up’ if you haven’t registered.

Step 3 : Select ‘File Search’ option on the menu bar.

Step 4 : Select on either ‘Old Survey Records’, ‘District Maps’, or ‘Resurvey Records’.

Step 5 : From the drop-down menus, choose the type of document, your village, taluk, and district.

Step 6 : Enter the survey number and the block number.

Step 7 : Press the “Submit” button.

Step 8 : Your document’s preview will be visible to you.

Step 9 : Click the ‘Checkout’ button to the document’s download.

Step 10 : After logging into the portal, you will need to confirm a few crucial details and cover the document cost in order to obtain the survey record.

Step 11 : You can download the document and save it for later use as soon as the payment is completed.

E-Rekha KLIM Registration Process

  • Firstly, Go to the E-Rekha website.
  • Click on ‘Sign Up’ located on the upper right section of the page.
  • A new page will open and ask for your name, email address, and password to complete the registration process. Verify your address, phone number, pin code, and password in order of confirmation.
  • Copy the given digits into the box and click on ‘Register’ button.
  • You should be aware that your email ID will be your user name.
  • After registering, you can check the information about land records in Kerala by logging in to the portal with your login credentials.
