“It’s important to note that due to certain provisions of the scheme, some needy beneficiaries in rural areas couldn’t receive benefits because they lacked plots or home ownership. Although they were potential beneficiaries of the housing scheme, they couldn’t be allocated plots or benefit from the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme (Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana) because they either didn’t own land or weren’t listed in the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category.”
Documents Required
- Applicant’s Aadhaar Card
- Certificate of Annual Income Of The Applicant
- Applicant should not have any type of land. This will also include your house.
- Applicant should be rural artisan or laborer.
- The beneficiary should be of Pukhtvay. That is, the applicant should not be a Sagir.
- The applicant should be included in BPL Yadi.
- Certificate of annual income should be given by mamlatdar or taluka development officer.
- Applicant should not have any type of land. This will also include your house.
