Benefits of Sambal Card

• Funeral Assistance : Families receive ₹20,000 as funeral assistance in case of the beneficiary’s death.
• Accidental Death Assistance : In the event of a worker’s accidental death, the family is provided with ₹2 lakh in assistance.
• Partial Disability Assistance : Workers with partial disabilities due to accidents receive assistance of up to ₹1 lakh.
• Full Disability Assistance : Beneficiaries who become completely disabled due to accidents receive ₹2 lakh in assistance.
• Maternity Assistance : Female workers are provided ₹12,000 in assistance during childbirth.
• Child Education Assistance : Educational assistance of ₹2,000 per year is provided for up to two children.
• Daughter’s Marriage Assistance : ₹25,000 is provided as assistance for a daughter’s wedding.

• Individuals employed in government positions are not eligible for the benefits of the Sambal Yojana.
  Applicants must be residents of Madhya Pradesh to receive benefits under the Sambal Yojana.
• Eligible citizens should possess a Below Poverty Line (BPL) ration card.
• Applicants must be between 18 and 60 years of age to be eligible for the Sambal Yojana.
• The annual income of the applicant’s family should not exceed ₹2.5 lakh.

• Enter your Samagra Member ID and Family ID.
• Enter the captcha code and click on the ‘Search Samagra’ icon.
• Note: Ensure that your Samagra ID is eKYC updated and linked to Aadhaar.
• Your personal information linked to the Samagra ID will be displayed.
• Choose your ‘Applicant Type’ and ‘Education Level’.
• If you use WhatsApp, tick ‘Yes’ and enter your WhatsApp number to receive application updates.
• Choose ‘No’ for all three options given below.
• Your family members’ names will appear. Tick the three declaration boxes.
• Click on ‘Save Application’ to submit your application.
• Your application will be successfully completed, and you will receive an application number.
